How can you sell shoes that are sold out in regular shops?

Since we've been collecting sneakers for over a decade, we've built up a network of international collectors and resellers from all over the world. This enables us to, quickly, source the most exclusive footwear on the planet. Our goal is to provide the most interesting sneakers that are sold out at retailers, so you can always add something unique to your outfit.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your sneakers are sent, you will receive an email with tracking-info. In this email you can track your package and see estimated delivery time.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.


Are the products sold on Sneakercentral new and authentic?

Sneakercentral only sells 100% new and authentic products. We do not accept fakes or counterfeits. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, as we have in-house authentication specialists who inspect all product that is taken in and put up for sale. All our products are brand new and we always include original accessories.

Exchanges and returns

If u want to return your items for whatever reason, please read our refund policy to make sure you are eligible. We offer returns and/or exchanges within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The product can be returned for store credit, exchange or a refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at Please have your order number ready so that we can locate you in our system. At the very least, try it on? Perhaps you'll change your mind, and it'll be love at first sight.

How do I return my order and what are the conditions?

If you want to return your sneakers and receive a refund, simply send us an email at with your order number (#XXXXX) and request a refund. As soon as we have confirmed this, you have to return the package to our warehouse:

Always make sure to send the package double-boxed including a tracking number, it's very important to save the tracking. The return shipping cost is at your own expense. Once your return has been received, processed and accepted, the refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of your order, within 24 to 48 hours from the date of receipt of your return by our team.

How can I track my return?

Once your parcel is dropped at your local store, you’ll receive a proof of shipment with a tracking number to track your parcel journey progress. Please request and maintain your proof of shipment.

Are there exceptions to the return policy?

United Kingdom, USA, UAE, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, and Malta are not eligible for returns as these countries are listed outside the European Union. The return policy does not apply to purchases delivered to countries outside the European Union.
